Plastic moulds are not gold rigid bodies

In the process of using plastic moulds, we have to consider the wear and tear of dies, which is hard to avoid. The more severe the wear is, the higher the repair cost is, and the shorter the die life is. But how can I minimize the wear and tear?

In fact, the best way to solve the stress caused by the motion is very simple. If the component A is under pressure under the compression of the component B, the two parts are under pressure, then the removal of pressure will solve the problem. The removal of stress can be accomplished by a revolutionary method, that is, through a combination of the design of the components in the plastic mold can be moved.

This design relies on a special design concept, the concept of suspension.

The concept of allowing parts to move or suspend is completely deviated from the traditional concept of the mold manufacturer. This is a concept that has nothing to do with experience and traditional ideas. The industry has gradually realized that a type of open die type is most effective for reducing wear and tear (for example, a mold designed for a product with internal thread). Through the above methods, the wear of plastic moulds is reduced, the cost of repairing the mould has become lower, and the life of the mould is long.
