5, general large stamping die (such as car cover mold) to consider whether the machine tool has a pressing edge mechanism, even edge lubricants, multi position level and so on. In addition to the tonnage of stamping, it is necessary to consider the punching, feeding device, machine tool and mould protection device.
6, the manufacturing means and technology of the above moulds are not all possessed and mastered by every enterprise. When choosing a collaborative manufacturer, we must understand its processing ability, not only the hardware equipment, but also the management level, processing experience and technical strength.
Three, avoid multi - head cooperation, as far as possible plastic mold production and product processing one dragon.
